    Dear Quillin Customers,

    We wanted to take a minute and thank you for your continued support in the past and throughout the challenging year that 2020 has been. Your support has allowed us the opportunity to continue to finish the buildout of our new production facility located at 723 Main Street in Paris, and we are hoping to begin moving portions of our production beginning in January of 2021. That being said we’re also looking at making some adjustments to better serve you, our valued customers, and allow us more efficient workflow. With the end goal of shortening fulfillment time and getting all of our products out to all of our customers in a better time frame.

    First, walk-in orders and repair drop off will continue at our primary location at 1929 Main St. That includes pickup of all orders, communication regarding questions or changes and any information you may need to relay to us will continue to be processed. For the time being, our 723 Main St location will be used solely for production.

    Second, beginning in January we will begin making an effort to email back called in orders for verification; including correct spelling on plates, correct number of halters, etc. (Please make sure we have your email on-file). This will allow us to limit mistakes on both ends and begin the process of providing better quality service and allow better communication. Along with that, we’d like to ask you to make every effort possible to give us enough time to fill your order. Our lead time for halter production is 4 weeks and pushed out to 5 weeks during sale and holiday season. Please take that into consideration when placing your orders, the more advanced notice we get the better able we are to serve you and all our customers. We understand that rush items need to happen sometimes but if they are limited it will allow us to continue to serve our customer base in an efficient fashion. A reminder there is a $25 fee on all rush items that we will continue to adhere to.

    At the beginning of 2021 we’re going to be rolling out a new website as well. It will provide all our quality leather goods and be more streamlined and easier to navigate. Our goal is to improve your ordering experience, reduce fulfillment time, and offer the personal service and Quillin quality you have come to expect since 1982.

    One other bookkeeping note, effective in January of 2021 we will no longer keep credit cards on file. This means that you can choose to create an account with us or pay when your order is placed like normal, you’ll however be asked for your credit card information after every transaction.
