We don’t skimp - Premium 12-13 ounce English finished bridle leather, solid brass buckle and hand polished engraved plate in sans serif, goes into every belt we make. Add an optional 5/8" x 3 1/2" solid brass halter style solid brass plate just like on our halters. Solid brass riveted construction and hand selected straps make our belts last for a decade or more and still look great!

Bridle leather is known for its toughness, making it the best quality material to craft leather goods from. While surface scratches may occur over time, the natural oils within the leather will gradually buff these out. However, if you'd like to expedite the process, a good quality leather conditioner or saddle soap can be applied with a soft cloth to buff out any surface scratches.
