Returns & Custom Orders
Items with engraving or other custom work are made specifically for you and cannot be returned. Items that have been worn or used cannot be returned either.
For stock items in unused, original condition, please contact us so we can make it right.
Placing an Order
When you place an order through our website, you'll need to provide payment and shipping information. By submitting your order, you confirm that your information is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
We use third-party payment processors to handle transactions securely. Your payment details are passed to them according to our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at any time — for example, if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud or an unauthorized transaction. If we cancel your order, we'll let you know.
Product Information & Pricing
We do our best to keep product descriptions, pricing, and availability accurate. Sometimes things change, and our website may not reflect updates immediately. We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, and adjust pricing, shipping, materials, and product descriptions at any time without prior notice.
Promotions & Contests
