Now Hiring - Join The Quillin Leather & Tack Team!

Customer Service · Engraving · Fulfillment — Quillin Leather & Tack

    The Legacy

For 44 years, we've been the nation's largest producer of handmade horse halters and custom-made leather goods—shipped to the most prestigious racing stables and breeding farms in the world. The leather is handmade. The service around it has to be just as good.

    The Role

A start-to-finish position covering three connected jobs. Computer literacy is essential in all three.

    • Customer Service — Forward-facing support by phone, email, and in person. Order entry, custom order intake, and customer Q&A.
    • Custom Engraving & Final Assembly — Engraving name plates and hardware, plus final assembly of finished orders. Precision matters—a misspelled plate or wrong detail doesn't ship.
    • Order Fulfillment — Pick, pack, and ship worldwide. You're one of the last sets of eyes before a Quillin halter or belt goes in the box.

    Who You Are

    • Detail-obsessed — In our world, a millimeter is a mile.
    • Computer-literate — Comfortable learning our order, engraving, and e-commerce systems. You pick up software quickly.
    • Customer-first — Patient, clear, and genuinely helpful, whether on the phone or at the counter.
    • Organized & dependable — You manage a queue without dropping anything, and people can count on what you tell them.

    Why Join Us

    • Work where quality is never sacrificed for speed, alongside craftsmen who take real pride in their work.
    • Flexible hours for the right candidate.
    • Your handiwork ships worldwide, on some of the finest horses across the globe.
