Leather Chin Strap
A simple, steadying strap that buckles to the rings of a breaking bit, sale bit, or Little bit and rides snug under the jaw. Available with fixed , stationary rein of a float ring. Solid Brass hardware and 5/8 inch brown bridle leather with stitched construction.
It gives you a quiet point of control on a green colt or a fresh yearling without the bite of a chin chain — soft enough not to chafe, firm enough to mean something when you take hold. Cut from the same harness leather we use on our halters and finished on the Campbell stitchers, so it holds up to daily handling in the breaking shed or on the sale grounds.
Adjusts to fit, snaps or buckles to most standard bit rings. Made by hand in Paris, Kentucky.
